Visma Inschool is looking for ambitious, motivated, and engaged people to become a part of our new support team in Riga.

Are you a newly graduated, or currently practicing teacher? Or perhaps you’ve worked as a substitute teacher in Norway, or you have good technical skills and experience? Then this position is for you!

Key tasks:

• Be a go-to person for other support co-workers when they are handling support-issues that relates to the support owners areas
  
• Take lead from support side on more complex support issues that goes within their area in the application
  
• Do weekly handovers on support issues to the PO and team-lead and be part of discussions on these
  
• Be part of regular meetings where one discuss current progress of development and what is expected to come in future sprints
  
• Be part of customer meetings when needed
  

Responsibilities:

• Support tasks (such as data entering and updating in database)
  
• Assist other support consultants on technical issues/set-ups
  
• Lead work on increasing co-workers knowledge on their "support owner areas" in the application
  
• Regularly update meetings with Support managers, until a team lead is in place in Riga.
  
• Assist in finding duplicate support issues registered by different users
  
• Assist schools and counties by following up and solving tickets using Zendesk, e-mail and AirCall in order to fulfill Service Level Agreement.
  

Requirements:

• Good written and oral communication skills, both in Norwegian and English.
  
• Previous work experience in a customer support role
  
• Experience or knowledge working with databases or SQL coding language
  
• A curiosity to learn and a desire to help revolutionize the way schools operate on a daily basis.
  
• Solution-oriented, responsible and dependable.
  
• Good technical skills and an understanding of how school administration works.
  
• Engaged, motivated, and has good interpersonal communication skills.
  
• Structured; has the ability to keep themselves and their work organized.
  

Nice to have:

• Experience working within the Norwegian school system
  
• Experience or knowledge working with databases or SQL coding language
  
• Administrative work-experience
  
• Completed Bachelor or Master degree
