Join our team! We are looking for a Customer Care specialist (Swedish speaking) in Riga Business office

About the role:

The daily work of a Customer Care specialist will be related to the communication with our customers and finding solutions to their questions by calls and e-mails. This role is working closely with Manager to improve our customers experience.

The place of work will be Riga, however, you must also be ready to go on business trips to Sweden.

Some must haves:

  • Swedish language (at least B2 level) and Latvian or Russian or English language knowledge (at least B2 level)
  • Good communication skills
  • Accurate and responsible attitude to work
  • Customer-oriented personality
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Good computer skills

Your job responsibilities will include:

  • Customer consultation by telephone and by e-mail, using a personal approach to customer
  • Information processing and updating
