We are looking forward to onboard entry-level IT specialists to the Junior Test Specialist position.

Junior Test Specialist will be supervised by more senior team members and will work on following under this supervision:

- learn new systems and applications
- will analyze changes in the system, to define test ideas and create test cases
- testing changes in the system (changes such as user interface, forms, features, processes, APIs, etc)
- reporting of testing results
- registering and follow-up on identified defects(bugs), then verifying fixes until defects can be closed
- analyzing defects and incidents raised by other team members and business users, to assist developers in reproducing defects and later verifying fixes
- participating in Delivery demos and User Acceptance Testing

Occasionally you will also be involved in other workstreams: System Monitoring, Service Desk, User Support, Requirement Definition, User Training and Integrations with Partners

## Required skills and qualifications

- Relevant experience or education (can be in progress)
- Focused and responsible person who is able to follow procedures and guidelines
- Computer power user with MS Office and Excel hand-on experience
- Essential knowledge of programming and/or testing
- Problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
- Express get it done attitude
- Self-motivation to learn
- Good level of English – intermediate or higher

## You have an advantage if you have some of the following

- Experience working with databases and at least essential knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of software development life cycle and software architecture
- Ability to work in a team and independently, keeping track of many ongoing tasks simultaneously
- IT Service Desk experience
- Experience with some programming languages (Python, C#, Type/JavaScript, others)
- Experience with tools such as Git, Postman, SoapUI, Zabbix, Grafana, Greylog, and similar
- Experience working with financial systems(data analysis, accounting, reporting)
- Experience in programming and testing of software applications

We expect you to be a self-motivated heavy learner - eager to succeed in the selected personal development track (Software Testing) and continue your learning at work and after test planning, test automation and undergo professional certification (ISTQB).

Your salary will depend on your skills and knowledge. During the first year of employment, your salary will be revised at least 3 times. We want to promote you from Junior Test Specialist to Test Specialist after the first 9-14 months of employment
