Qualifications:

Ability to process a large amount of information, accuracy
Higher education in finance, economics or accounting
Ability to work remotely with little supervision, meeting deadlines comfortably
Ability to independently organize process of work
Experience in similar position
Fluency in English and Russian
Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to take on a wide range of related tasks
Communication skills

Responsibilities:

Ability to create organization’s budget and monitor its implementation, calculation of expenses
Management of accounts payable, accounts receivable
Donation processing and receipting
Entering bank payments and operations
Preparation of contracts and related documents (for partners, vendors etc.)
Preparation of financial reports for the donors
Preparation of documents for the project audits and annual audit
Ensurement of sufficient cash flow to match Project needs by monitoring donors’remittances and preparing requests for funds
Accounting system (Xero) management

This position is a full-time, remote, contract-based position with international trips.
