Today we are expanding the Total Rewards team and looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist for our Riga studio.

What you will do:

-Develop a fair total compensation (base salary and KPIs) for different locations (including remote roles) that are aligned with the company’s strategy;
-Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation;
-Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits;
-Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics;
-Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices;
-Make analysis, prepare bonus descriptions, and communicate changes to the employees;
-Calculate bonuses for all locations.

Our expectations:

-Expert-level expertise with Excel and Google spreadsheets, love to work with numbers;
-At least 1 year of experience in HR or Accounting (experience in C&B will be an advantage);
-Good command of English (upper-intermediate level and higher);
-Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;
-Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
