General responsibilities:
- Lead the English-Speaking Service Desk Team including running performance reviews and talent development activities.
- Management of team resource planning and follow up in order to meet maintenance, support and development requirements
- Act as the first level escalation contact for Customers and the team, developing strong relationships with stakeholders
- Continuously develop services, processes and tools
- Advise and support the team in consideration of functional requests
- Assist the team in resolving issues
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism
- Participating in job interviews.
Job requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English language
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team
- Previous customer service-related experience
- Previous experience with SAP will be considered as advantage
- Desire to grow and develop in IT industry
- Proactive and analytical approach
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-containing work style and ability to think creatively
- People management capability with ability to build, guide and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility, mobility, and high level of self-motivation
