Hypercell Games is a mobile game developer.
Our games are played by hundreds of millions of users around the globe!

We are looking for a skilled generalist who will assist in managing the financial and administrative functions and have a real impact on what's going on in the company.

This will be a vast and varied role, where you’ll gain exposure to all areas of our operations and even the HR function.

Duties and responsibilities

Financial and Operations support

  • Bookkeeping and accounting (process invoices, track payments, work with accounting team on day-to-day tasks);
  • Budgeting and financial reporting (support to Ops manager and HR);
  • Development and ensuring our business policies and internal process documents are kept up to date;
  • Support in external contractor and stakeholder management;
  • Research and processes improvement tasks.

HR Support

  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records;
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff;
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars;
  • Support with employee relocation process;
  • Support Office Manager with events organizing (online and offline);
  • Business trips organization.

What we expect

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (bookkeeping/financial/operations management);
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow;
  • Experience in developing and managing organizational budgets;
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.

As a plus: Startup experience
