- Knowledgeable of construction business and experienced with selling building materials
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- At least theoretically aware of sales strategies development
- Capable to make independent decisions on operational aspects of Sales strategy execution
- Knowledge how Sales plans are build
- Driving license cat. B
