Prasības kandidātiem
• At least 2-3 years experience in HR, especially in recruitment (is a must);
• Higher education in HR or relevant;
• Experience in HR administration;
• Accuracy, diligence and responsibility;
• Good experience with MS Word, Excel;
• Excellent interpersonal, multitasking and organizational skills;
• Structural and process driven thinking;
• Knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English languages.
Darba pienākumu apraksts
• To coordinate the recruitment processes in the Baltic Region;
• To collaborate with recruitment agencies;
• To ensure initial selection of candidates;
• To ensure flow of Global communication in the Region) ;
• HR Administration tasks (employment documents, administrating of internal HR documentation, insurance administration);
• Support of daily operations of HR Department;
• Variable HR projects.
