Mogotel is an international hotel operator headquartered in Riga, Latvia with 20 years of experience in European-level services and a friendly approach to every customer.
We operate 21 hotels in the Baltic states and Western Europe, offering a total of more than 3000 rooms. We represent our own brands and cooperate with world-leading hotel companies such as Wyndham, Accor, and Hilton.

We are interested in you if:
- You have the ability to react quickly to changes and focus on solving various non-standard situations;
- You have a high sense of responsibility and the ability to organize one’s work independently and purposefully;
- You have excellent writing and verbal communication skill in German are mandatory;
- Your experience in the Customer Service field will be considered an advantage.
We will entrust you with:
- Responsibility for daily duties for organizing reservation process in international hotel chains;
- Work with various client segments – individual, group, corporate and OTA;
- Answering reservation enquiries by telephone and e-mail according to the brand standards;
- Work with Opera PMS (previous knowledge will be considered as an advantage).

Schedule: Full-time
Remuneration between 1200 EUR and 1700 EUR gross, depending on professional experience, conformity requirements, and work performance.
