Since our foundation in 2016, we have already financed more than 2200 companies throughout the Baltics. We are an active partner of the European Investment Fund, and we also actively cooperate with various public organizations to promote the growth of small businesses.

Job description

• Work with the portfolio of existing clients and active attraction of new customers.
• Evaluation of the financial position of legal entities (analysis of financial indicators), risk assessment and selection of the most suitable financial product.
• Preparation of financing projects of legal entities and decision-making within the limits of competence and authority.
• Understanding financing products of legal entities, following market trends, and understanding customer needs.
• Regular updating of data on debtors.
• Preparation of financing documents and further control of the fulfillment of contract conditions.
• Handling incoming calls and emails.

Requirements for candidates

• You have a higher or incomplete higher education in the financial sector.
• You are demanding to yourself, you also know how to actively achieve results, and you can work independently.
• Previous related experience in a similar position is desirable.
• You can analyze the obtained information and make the most appropriate decision.
• You can establish friendly relations with people.
• You have excellent Latvian and good knowledge of Russian and English.
• Excellent computer skills.
