If you have:

• University degree and at least 3 years management experience in FMCG field, preferably in Sourcing / Buying / Category Management;
• Strong leadership and change management skills;
• Experience working in the matrix, cross country & different cultures will be considered as an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills, structured and accurate in the way of working;
• Focused and results oriented personality with high working capacity;
• Very good communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel;
• Experience working with SAP system (an advantage);
• Excellent English language skills;

We will entrust you:

• Non-edibles categories strategy creation and implementation;
• Development and follow-up on category management and supplier strategies;
• Leading negotiations with suppliers and cooperation with internal stakeholders;
• Category Group pricing policy development and implementation;
• Regular sales, margins and stock control and follow-up;
• Suggest solutions and ideas, how to improve internal processes.

Compensation:

Salary 1800 - 2300 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate's competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
