General responsibilities:
- 1st and 2nd Level Support
- Receiving of technical cases from customers as well as independent investigation and if necessary solution of the respective problem cases
- User administration for SAP systems, SharePoint and Active Directory
- Process and monitor technical incidents
- Advise and support the customer in consideration of functional requests
- Assist the customer in resolving issues
- Dispatch and track tickets for the 2nd and 3rd level of support
- Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism
Job requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in German and English languages
- Previous customer service related experience
- Proactive and analytical approach
- Good problem solving skills
- Solution orientated and a team player
- Desire to grow and develop in IT industry
- Experience in the Office 365 environment
- First experience in IT support
- First experience in ITIL

- Monthly gross salary from 1500 to 2100 EUR, depending on your level of expertise.
