The role

Are you ready to take the next step in your digital marketing career? If you're experienced with Google Ads and passionate about digital advertising, this role will give you a rare opportunity to directly manage and participate in planning E-commerce advertising on a large scale across European markets and beyond. At Trodo, you'll become an expert at orchestrating the entire digital advertising approach, from Facebook to Bing ads, from landing pages to A/B tests.

  • Implementing the day-to-day tasks related to managing advertising campaigns
  • Coordinating with third parties to ensuring that necessary activities are defined, carried out, measured and evaluated objectively
  • Reporting the results of activities and experiments, defining recommendations for improvements and together with the marketing team
  • Defining hypothesis for the A/B tests and recommending actions
  • Expanding the effective experiments as ongoing activities
  • Standardizing workflows and goals between different teams agencies
  • Controlling achievement of monthly targets, agency work evaluation
  • Monitoring performance on account level across channels and countries
  • Planning proactive actions to address internal and external challenges on account level
  • Ongoing research of competitor advertising, and reporting new challenges and opportunities
  • Management of creatives and copywrite services (including requirement specifications) in relation to paid channels
  • Monitoring the performance of affiliates, reporting on effectiveness and efficiency, formulating recommendations for improvements
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base in order to implement effective marketing campaigns


  • Two years of experience in Paid Performance Specialist or a similar marketing role
  • Proven experience with Google Ads
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with project management theory and best practices
  • Previous experience working in agency will be an advantage
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Strong sense of project ownership and high level of responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Collaboration skills
  • Powerful communication skills, as well as interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira is a must
  • Experience with E-commerce is a must
  • Strong preference to work from the office
