About the job
We are looking for a Latvian B2B Sales rep to continue the search for companies that care about employee wellbeing. You’d be an important part of a small team that does a lot of sales, a little bit of marketing and extraordinary customer support locally in Riga. We are a startup, so no day will be the same, but your main goal will be to find, guide and nurture our B2B clients through their first steps to modern employee wellness.
This is a perfect position for someone intrigued by the startup world and eager work on the commercial side of it. Ideally, you have some previous telesales or direct sales experience and want to put those skills to good use - by setting up Stebby for growth within the health & wellness space in Latvia and beyond.
What you will do
- Find, meet and explain the benefits of Stebby marketplace to potential B2B customers.
- Growing our user base – this will also be your main KPI.
- Finding and qualifying cold and hot leads - these are usually CEO's and HR Managers of modern companies, so you should feel comfortable communicating at this level.
- Employing growth hacking tactics to increase the efficiency of the client discovery process.
- You will get full training and guidance on that. Trust us, it's exciting!
- Emailing, calling, writing LinkedIn messages or sending a pigeon - you will use whatever mean necessary to reach the desired contact in order to present him with the opportunity of joining Stebby.
What we are looking for
- Great communicator and proactive seller. If you possess hunger, we’ll put it to good use in Stebby.
- Previous telesales, direct sales, customer on-boarding or support experience. You must have talked to external partners previously, is what we’re looking for.
- Experience working within the health insurance or IT software sales would be a big advantage.
- Willingness to grow professionally together with Stebby. We are young, ambitious and constantly evolving, so your job responsibilities might evolve as well.
- Ability to work independently and decent work ethics. It may not sound hard, but it's no joke working on your own.
- Previous track record in driving sales projects. You should have owned something from start to finish.
- Excellent Latvian and English skills. Your primary working language will be Latvian, but we are all about English internally.
