PRASĪBAS
• Bakalaura/maģistra grāds tiesību zinātnēs;

• Vismaz 3 gadu darba pieredze IT nozarē pēc augstskolas pabeigšanas;

• Teicamas juridiskās latviešu un angļu valodas zināšanas (mutvārdos un rakstveidā);

• Labas Latvijas un starptautisko tiesību zināšanas;

• Pieredze dokumentu (līgumu, iekšējo normatīvo aktu utml) sagatavošanā;

• Spēja sadarboties, gan kompānijas iekšienē, gan ar sadarbības partneriem;

• Prasme piemērot likumus, noteikumus, noteikumus, vispārējo tiesību principus un citus tiesību avotus praksē, prasme vadīt vai piedalīties riska pārvaldības vides izstrādē vai pilnveidošanā;

• Prasme strādāt ar standarta MS Office aplikācijām;

• Pašmotivācija un orientēšanās uz rezultātu.

SHORT DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an IT Lawyer with a necessary experience in IT to join our Riga team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft and review agreements and other legal documents
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
• Identify and evaluate business and legal risks
• Being the point of contact for AML related legislative queries.
• Work with other delegated tasks under the supervision of the Head of Legal

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’ s/Master’ s degree in Law
• At least 3 years post university work experience in IT industry
• Perfect knowledge of legal Latvian and English (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge in Latvian and international law
• Experience in drafting legal documentation
• Ability to coordinate and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts on a daily basis
• Ability to apply laws, rules, regulations, guidance and common law principles to practices within business units and lead or assist in the development or refinement of the risk management environment to bring the line of business within the risk tolerance
• Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office applications
•Self-motivated and result-oriented
