Goals and responsibilities
The goal is to make sure that each team within scandiweb is connected and has had regular team events!
- Keeping a timeline of team events and scheduling them appropriately
- Preparing for events, making sure no technological malfunctions take place
- Hosting the events and assuring a nice and welcoming environment
- Cooperating with HR managers on the event process, and its improvements
- Searching new event opportunities, creating and noting new event scripts
What do we expect from you?
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good time planning skills
- An open, adventurous, and welcoming personality
- Previous event (any type of event) host experience is an advantage
If you are a person that does not get tired of entertaining, in turn - gets energy boosts from it, and you can combine this with a good set of administrative/strategic skills, then the “apply” button is definitely on your to-do list now!
