Rimi Baltic Finance department is looking for a proactive individual who would be a member of Commercial leadership team, ensuring forecasting, financial controls, support in decision making and business insights. Finance Commercial Business Partner will report to Business Control Director and will have no direct reports.

If You have:

• University degree in Finance/Economics or Business Administration supported by advanced Excel and data analysis skills (preferably also knowledge of SAP and related BW/BI solutions);
• At least 5 years job experience in Finance including experience in financial/business control (work with P&L and BS statements, investment proposals) with proven achievement record (preferably in FMCG segment or in area of procurement);
• Structured, self-motivated personality with strong interpersonal collaboration skills;
• Forward looking and proactive mind-set for results analysis and finding solutions to restore planned performance in case of deviations;
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a benefit.

We will entrust You:

• Accurate and aligned forecasting and planning according to company Rolling forecast, Annual target and Long Term Plan setting processes;
• Financial Governance within Commercial department covering both regular financial routines (month closing, business case follow-up, responsibility over managerial reporting) and as well as driving process developments to improve financial transparency and efficiency in business operations;
• Support Assortment and Buying Director and Commercial Leadership team in decision making, identification of risks, problem areas and opportunities.

Compensation:

Salary 3400.00 – 4100.00 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.

Additional payments and bonuses according to company’s policy.
