Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities and expectations:

Develop the Human resources department
Develop an employee-oriented company culture.
Advising managers about issues relating to managing people
Recruiting employees
Monitor recruitment websites and recruitment companies
Develop a job description that clearly describes the duties and responsibilities for open vacancies in the company.
Handling employee concerns
Employee orientation, onboarding, offboarding, trainings for employees
Assist with foreign employee’s adaptation to the new country and culture.
Organization of company regulations, policies and documentation.
Motivation strategy planning
Organization of corporate activities
Maintaining employees records
Daily reminders, timetables, organization of company calendar
Organization of the office working space and office supplies
Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes corporate activities, company philanthropic giving, office working space improvement and administration.
Participate in company staff meetings to accomplish the company’s and department’s goals.
Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
Promote the safety and health of the workforce.
Make sure that staff apartment conditions are healthy and clean. Assist with the problems related to apartment.
Speaking and writing both English & Russian languages, additionally Spanish language is as an advantage.
Other relevant duties as assigned by the Employer.
