What’s gonna be your day to day, week on week
• Day starts with checking in to see how our clients closed their business day. We thrive for success. This would include, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and more.
• Taking note of the development and progress of your accounts you will make the necessary optimizations to client campaigns if necessary. This requires working with audiences, bids, targeting and automating where necessary.
• Update daily performance reports and prepare weekly overviews detailing the work carried out and progress made. Take the time to dive into the data and understand not just the numbers, but the story behind them.
• Check on your clients properties, either app or web, making sure there is no obvious friction in the funnel and tracking is working as it should be.
• Maintain a strong grasp over the market dynamics and competitor activities. Strive to be ahead of the train, not in the last wagon.
• We cannot replace a marketing department, but we do our best to let our clients know we work for them. Be ready to take part in active client discussions and workspaces.
What would it take to be successful in your role
• Definitely - At least 4 years of Search Engine and Display Advertising experience (working with App campaigns a big bonus).
• Definitely - At least 2 years of experience running Social Media Ads.
• Definitely - Have experience managing accounts spending in excess of 10,000EUR per month.
• Definitely - Can set-up web and performance tracking.
• Definitely - Fluent with Google Analytics and/or other similar web analytics tools.
• Probably - Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Data studio / Looker studio.
• Maybe - Have basic understanding of HTML, code debugging and SQL.
• Love to think logically and problem solve. Are able to quickly shift focus to meet client requirements.
• Be proactive, take initiative and self-motivated.
• Fluent English and Latvian. Russian would be a strong advantage.
• Brownie points if you have worked with Financial services, Travel or B2B sector projects.
