We are looking for a high-energy Latvian and Russian language professional to join our Customer Communication team and contribute to providing an exceptional experience to our customers. What You Will Do:

  • Localise customer communication messages and materials according to Luminor tone of voice into local language as well as translate from local language to English
  • Proofread and edit materials and content
  • Manage and improve linguistic assets, such as the local style guide, glossary and TM (translation memory)
  • Ensure high quality translations as per industry requirements
  • Maintain and improve the quality of existing content
  • Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager


What We Expect:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Latvian 
    • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English and Russian
    • 1+ year experience in dealing with customer communication
    • Translation experience, preferably in banking industry
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Experience in working with online translation software, CAT tools and translation management systems will be considered an advantage
    • Degree in translation or related fields
    • Flexibility, openness to change while having strong attention to detail
    • Positive and proactive attitude
    • Readiness to take ownership
