We are looking for a person with a proven track record of success in consumer-oriented financial service retention and loyalty process management and in-depth, hands-on experience with core customer communication channels ranging from email and sms to web and mobile push as well as on-page personalisation.  

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Develop and implement CRM Marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention;
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and segmentation opportunities;
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase sales and revenue;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment on customer strategies and goals;
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and make adjustments as needed;
  • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to increase customer retention and repeat business;
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform CRM strategy and tactics;
  • Own and manage the CRM marketing technology stack, including selecting, implementing, and maintaining CRM Marketing related software and tools.  

We are expecting You to have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM marketing;
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and platforms, such as Salesmanago, Emarsys, Customer.io or similar;
  • Similar experience in FinTech or e-commerce field;
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and project management skills.   

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then starting point for this position is not less than 3100 EUR gross per month.
