Job description:

The Regulatory Compliance Officer will be responsible for researching, identifying, extracting, and presenting the legal requirements needed to comply with different licensed jurisdictions where the Company operates in LATAM and in the new markets where the Company is pursuing to expand its operations.

Responsibilities:

Research gaming regulations and assess the Company’s alignment with the stated requirements;
Constantly review different information sources affecting the gaming industry, aiming to stay on top of regulatory changes in relevant jurisdictions;
Elaborate and communicate guidelines to maintain other departments aware of compliance requirements;
Help the Compliance Officer with technical related matters;
Perform market analysis and help in the preparation of requirements for new license applications and/or renewal of existing licenses;
Understand all the Company’s operating policies and procedures, and make sure they are in line with the regulatory requirements;
Help in the maintenance of existing licenses;
Provide support to Stakeholders regarding different compliance queries;
Aid in the creation and maintenance of different compliance documentation;
Help with compliance audits, both internal and external;
Assist the Compliance Officer in the communications with the regulators.

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in a compliance-related role;
1+ year experience in a Technical-IT-related role;
iGaming industry expertise;
Bilingual English and Spanish (native) - any other will be a plus;
Strong analytic skills;
University education or professional experience relevant to the job;
Excellent communication skills (written and oral);
Strong organizational skills and experience in balancing multiple projects;
Scrum knowledge;
Good level of computer skills, experience in Computing Microsoft Packages, and strong knowledge of spreadsheets.

Ability to work independently and achieve deadlines;
Able to effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard.
