Requirements:

Monitor and process compliance obligations for assigned markets;
Communicate regularly with various regulatory authorities for confirming of regulatory and technical standards to ensure that company meets regulations as per jurisdiction standards;
Maintain knowledge and assist in the analysis of e-gaming regulatory compliance standards within assigned markets;
Develop new market entry project plan and track the progress; prepare and maintain status reports and schedules, track milestones and dependencies, ensuring that all work is delivered on time;
Communicate efficiently and maintain/develop strong relationships with e-gaming regulators, accredited test facilities, internal departments, external customers, and other stakeholders in regulatory landscape.

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years in a compliance related role in the gaming industry with knowledge of live casino environments and gambling products;
Strong interpersonal skills, efficient networker, and collaborative team player
Experience of coordinating audits;
Experience in communicating with people at all levels as an expert as well as excellence in stakeholder management with a high level of integrity;
Experience in project management; develop project plans, track progress, prepare reports and manage expectations;
Commercial mindset and business acumen;
Adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand;
Possess analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset;
Secondary education or professional experience relevant to the job;
Good level of computer skills and experience in spreadsheets.
