Job description
Senior IT System Administrator will join their existing team and help to maintain & develop Longo IT infrastructure over several locations in Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Lead network infrastructure-related matters in the Longo company by driving the processes and improvements to achieve the set goals
- Network infrastructure installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and updating, searching for solutions to improve and optimize network efficiency and utilization
- Ensure continuous operations of IT infrastructure, communications, and IT systems in all company locations over the Europe
- Work as go-to person about on-prem and Cloud infrastructure
- Setup, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software
- Procurement organization of new hardware and software
- Provide technical support to users for both hardware and software issues
- Travel to local Longo offices in Europe if necessary
- Take active part in IT infrastructure improvement projects and come with new ideas for improvements
Requirements
- At least 3+ years’ experience in systems administration
- Experience with Azure services
- Experience with Mikrotik devices configuration
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 administration
- Hands-on experience with setup, configuration, administration and troubleshooting network systems, routers, switches, access points
- Technical knowledge of IT equipment, networks, video surveillance, telephony and other IT equipment, experience in IT security processes
- Personality with self-learner approach
- Ability to prioritize and plan own and teamwork
- High sense of responsibility
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical person
- Used to creating and maintaining documentation
