What do we expect?
- At least Bachelor's degree in the Legal area
- Previous experience in a Corporate Law
- Good knowledge of contracting principles, law regulations, and procedures
- Ability to identify, report, and correct contract issues
- Good organization and writing skills
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Self-motivation and proactive approach
- Advanced written and spoken English and Latvian
What it is like to be a Legal Specialist?
- Drafting of legal documents and agreements
- Suggesting and developing contract modifications
- Company's contracts administration
- Preparation of contract files, electronic documents, and reports
- Identifying and consulting on contract risks and terms
- Contract close-out assistance
- Help colleagues with daily legal matters
- Drafting and submitting legal documents to clients, suppliers, and local authorities
- Adhere to internal compliance standards to ensure a consistent approach and terms in contracts.
