At Bidstack the product team focuses on solving the most significant problems our customers and partners are experiencing, ensuring each feature adds value, being as effective and efficient as possible. We are passionate about our product and gaming; this comes through in the market leading product we produce for our partners and clients.
Each Product Manager owns a significant part of the strategic roadmap, working on its day-to-day implementation through managing the backlog, planning its priorities with the development team and reporting on progress of releases to the business. At the same time conducting robust research to help define the future roadmap by understanding the needs of our customers and clients working with the wider product team.

Strong skills in communication, process management and product vision are key aspects of the role.

Managing feedback – Being able to distill feedback from multiple parties, condense it and articulate it coherently to the development team or stakeholders for them to understand the need of the feature/product/issue.
Planning – Planning the road map prioritization (tasks/issues) articulating it to the development team and giving clear understanding of its importance in reaching company goals.
Managing and measuring work – This is a crucial part of the role, managing your own time and the workload of a development team whilst hitting a set of OKRs.
Process Management – Product Managers own a road map and the process that delivers that, working in one of several agile methodologies, process is essential to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date, they can effectively plan, prioritize and direct the work of their development team(s)
Strategic Vision – Alongside managing day-to-day product development it is important a PM has a long-term vision too. Owning their road map and keeping close contact with stakeholders internally and externally will help maintain a view on the direction of the business, the gaming sector and the industry. Each of which is important to plan and have a view of what the future roadmap could look like or how to adjust accordingly.
