Project Management Assistant
Railways for the world of tomorrow
We are looking for a Project Management Assistant for the Rail Baltica ENE Team. In your role, you will be providing high-level project management support, project reporting in English, and project meeting minutes-taking. Additionally, you are handling with work progress monitoring of team members and work coordination assistance.

Responsibilities:
. Perform document quality control (production and distribution of documents, proof-reading, quality check)
. Perform document control process (assign templates, quality control, delivery to the client, receive feedbacks and distribute to team)
. Upkeep and control the common Share Point environment, provide access to internals and externals
. Attend project meetings/workshops to take minutes of meeting
. Assist in the preparation of progress reports
. Assist in Risk Management
. Assist in preparing project documentation in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
. Communication with Joint Venture team members
. Keep track and provide updates of the project registers
Qualifications:
. Fluent English
. Excellent knowledge working with MS Office
. 2 year experience minimum in similar position
. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skillset
. Problem-solving skills
. Time management skills
. Proactive resolution of issues
