General Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure security.
- Manage and maintain our hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security, including firewalls and antivirus software.
- Ensure timely response to support requests and provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve organizational efficiency and security.
- Manage IT assets, including inventory and budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technology systems support the organization's goals.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and software updates.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in IT Management.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
