What you will do

• perform customer verification (KYC) and further onboarding process;
• provide customer with information about the company's products and offer new products;
• maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships;
• handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set time limits; following up to ensure resolution;
• assisting and contacting partners regarding different inquiries, collaborating with other departments in order to clarify or resolve possible issues.

Our Ideal Candidate

• You speak English like it's your native language;
• You have an experience in working with clients in the Fintech sector considered as an advantage;
• You have a strong work ethic and can work independently;
• You have a desire to work, learn and develop - we do not have strict limits and restrictions and we want to see active people who are not indifferent to their work, who will take the initiative and drive the development of themselves, the team and the company.
