Complete your internship in the heart of our business – working with clients. This team provides services to everyday people and small businesses in the Baltics. There you'll get to tackle real-life problems and provide the best solutions for our customers.

You will greet our customers at the customer service center and provide the best service, consultations for our customers in daily banking questions. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the customer flow at the customer service center itself. You will consult and direct customers to digital solutions and educate them to use banking services remotely.

You will gain your first working experience in banking sector and excellent customer service standards, as well as you will get experience in high technology advanced customer service via various remote communication channels.

We expect you to have clear understanding about customer service and welcoming process, structured approach to work, willingness to help, ability to listen and find solutions. Fluent Latvian as well as advanced Russian and English are required in spoken and written communication. 

This is a 100% on-site internship and please apply if you will be able to come to the office or our branches for the entire duration of your internship.

• 2 month duration. Starting from 26th of June until 29th of August
