Job description
We together with our client are looking for experienced HR Manager. You will be responsible for implementing and executing HR strategies and recruit best people for company. It is possibility to be a part of startup environment and implement new ideas.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in HR concepts, processes and systems development and execution;
- Develop and implement HR Strategy;
- Coordinating and executing HR activities according to priorities and local needs;
- In corporation with other colleagues build attractive employer brand;
- Ensure attractive compensation and benefit package;
- Advise leaders and employees in people related matter;
- Ensure effective personnel administration and recruitement process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR management and business partnership;
- Experience in planning and people management;
- Understanding of HR procedures and policies;
- Excellent social skills, problem-solving attitude, and self-organized personality;
- Hand on experience;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Nice to have previous experience in startup companies or fintech.
