As a Global Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our diverse Talent Acquisition (TA) team and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment for the Global Business Service (GBS) center in Riga as well as assist in global recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
- Undergo full training to gain a comprehensive understanding of how Global Talent Acquisition team operates;
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles in the Riga GBS center and other global locations;
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role;
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers;
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment-related tasks and projects.
Requirements
- Desire to learn more about personnel recruitment and attraction processes;
- Possess an open-minded approach to work;
- At least intermediate (B2) English language skills;
- Strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with candidates and colleagues at all levels of seniority, including C-level;
- Ability to plan time productively and work in a team;
- Availability for an internship for a minimum of 3-6 months.
