Position Summary
Accounts Receivable Specialist ensures timely and efficient collection of receivables from customers to ensure healthy cash.
What you will do:
- Monitor accounts receivable and identifies invoices that have not been paid by the due date;
- Conduct negotiations with customers who have not made or have delayed payment of invoices, about drawing up payment plans;
- Take the necessary steps to facilitate the timely payment of invoices;
- Provide support to internal and external customers (account statements, audit requests, bank reconciliations, etc.);
- Identify accounts where it is necessary to cooperate with credit collection or state institutions and transfer information to a credit specialist;
- Matching open invoices with open payments in the customer ledger.
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- A bachelor's degree (can be a last-year student) in accounting, finance, or a business-related field;
- Experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in a multinational company;
- Very good literacy of Microsoft Office programs (especially with Excel);
- Very good English language skills (both: written and spoken);
- Continues Improvement mindset;
- Great communication and negotiation skills;
- Detail and solutions-oriented.
