Sellfy is an easy-to-use and intuitive eCommerce platform built for creators and small businesses looking to sell products online. We have big and ambitious goals for 2023, so this is your chance to become a part of our dynamic marketing team at Sellfy.

We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager for print-on-demand (POD) merch sellers who will work together with our marketing team to promote POD solutions and successfully onboard new customers.

Apply if you have:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/account management
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people
Excellent English with the ability to explain technical concepts
Experience working as a part of an agile and collaborative team
Strong sense of responsibility

Bonus if you have:

Experience in print-on-demand and/or e-commerce
A good understanding of marketing tools and tactics (e.g. email marketing, product launch strategies, CRMs, website platforms, etc.)
Design software experience (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)

You will need to:

Market POD services to leads and convert them into sellers
Onboard and provide support to our POD customers
Build relationships with customers, be an advocate for their needs, and communicate them to our product team
Create marketing content and email campaigns to grow POD usage and volume
