General responsibilities:
- Developing and ensuring support for external and internal system landscapes based on Atlassian systems (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket) in the role of a service manager.
- Responsible for the support of customer and internal Atlassian systems in an international environment.
- Liaison for our customers for all questions around the Atlassian topics in support.
- Creation and active participation in cooperation with the DevOps teams in the offshore and nearshore centers in the Baltics & Malaysia.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field or comparable experience.
- At least two years of relevant work experience as an administrator/key user in the Atlassian environment.
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills.
- Methodological competence in the area of ITIL (ITIL Foundation Level or higher is preferred).
- Certifications in Atlassian products is preferred.
- Experience and methodological competence in agile working methods is preferred.
- Very good written and spoken English language skills.
- German language knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
