YOU WILL:

• learn the skills necessary to maintain circulation of documentation in accordance with corporate and state standards;
• organize daily office tasks (maintenance, mailing, correspondence, supplies, equipment, bills);
• support management and colleagues with ad-hoc tasks;
• provide general support to office visitors;
• become a member of MSC Latvia team consisting of 27 people.
  

YOU ARE:

• self-motivated team player with bright and positive can-do attitude;
• with good organizational and time management skills;
• fluent in Latvian and English, conversational Russian will be considered as advantage; 
• accurate and pay great attention to details;
• keen on learning new skills
• stress-resistant in a dynamic work environment;
• with good skills in working with MS Office and office equipment.
