We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation, active payment product sales to Corporate customers
- Guide partners through commercial, legal and compliance onboarding processes
- Consulting potential customers about the services
- Communicate with customers via e-mail, phone and messengers
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and partners
- Keep track of partner KPIs and perform periodic “health checks” with partners
- Provide ongoing support to the dedicated pool of B2B customers
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve issues
- Prepare reports about partners’ performance and present them to Senior Management
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in a similar role in the FinTech or Banking industry (payments, corporate sales, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English speaker; knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and multitasking
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
