REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment in IT industry
- Experience in organizing employer branding initiatives
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and be a creative problem solver
- Deep understanding of various sourcing strategies to find the best IT talents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with an eagerness to learn and contribute
- Self-propelled and initiative-taking
- Outstanding communication skills in both Latvian and English
- Education in Business Administration, HR, behavioral sciences or equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full cycle recruitment process for IT positions
- Talent sourcing (Job posting, headhunting etc.)
- Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way
- Manage employer branding initiatives
- Develop campaigns that strengthen the employer brand and campaigns that boos recruitment
- Participate in job fairs, university career days
