Position overview
In HR Services, we provide support in a variety of HR-related transactions to our Americas and EMEA HR functions. Would you like to join our team in the Global Business Service (GBS) center?
You will be handling highly confidential details and will be the first point of contact for HR, processing transactions and requests in a timely, accurate manner as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR practices.
You will work closely with local HR managers and teams, communication with employees and 3rd party representatives.

Qualifications & skills
- Intermediate (B2) English and German language skills.
- Experience in HR field will be considered as an advantage.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
- Great communication and cooperation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HR master data, absences, attendance, reporting and other payroll related tasks;
- To acquire good knowledge of HR systems (SuccessFactors etc), support other users in the system;
- Be an active contributor in global and local HR projects and initiatives;
- Work on HR process improvements and ensure a high-quality process documentation;
- Process transactions and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
