Given the versatile nature of the role, we’re looking for someone who learns fast, enjoys collaborating with others, and is a pragmatic decision-maker.

• Extensive experience of macOS support including user, device and application management with Jamf MDM
• In-depth understanding of Okta and identity management
• Experience managing and administering SaaS applications such as Google Workspace Google Cloud Identify, Slack and the Atlassian suite
• Solid understanding of best practices around engineering, data security and identity
• Knowledge of the Google Workspace Developer tools including Apps Script and Google Workspace APIs
• Coding/scripting experience in one or more general purpose language
• Familiarity with Github and deployment methods
• Knowledge of best practices around engineering, data security and identity
• You care deeply about outstanding user experience
• You enjoy solving hard and complex problems
• You like to build automation to reduce toil, based on data
• You’re a team player and enjoy working towards a common mission
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
