• develop our product in the field of crypto payments (PayCryptos), as well as build relations of this product with our main solution (platform);
• manage the product, form a strategy (roadmap) and prioritize the backlog based on them;
• think over and discuss product and technical solutions with the development team;
• check the compliance of the product with the goals and requirements, and ensure the achievement of business goals;
• search for product growth points, test new ideas and hypotheses;
• analyze market trends and competitors;
• form a metric tree;
• interact with development, marketing, analytics teams, create technical specifications, prepare the necessary product documentation.

• at least 3 years of working experience as a Product Manager or in a similar position;
• the level of English language proficiency of at least C1 (fluent spoken and written),
• knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage;
• knowledge of development management methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) and actual experience in their application;
• the skill of conducting tasks from the level of an idea to practical implementation;
• experience in the formation of the strategy and creating a product development plan;
• experience in generating hypotheses and searching for validation metrics through experiments;
• the ability to quickly understand the subject area, technical competence;
• the ability to easily explain things to people in writing and orally;
• the ability to build product analytics and work with it;
• organizational skills and the skill of work planning;
• business thinking, sociability, developed analytical skills;
• experience in banking \ fintech \ crypto areas or other high-loaded projects is an advantage.
