Responsibilities
- Manage corporate travel and purchasing cards across various regions including EMEA, US/Canada, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and ANZ;
- Analyze and process travel and expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Perform monthly reconciliations and upload to BlackLine according to the closing calendar;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel and expense transactions, and ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed;
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong MS Excel skills;
- Upper-intermediate English language skills;
- Willingness to work with data and numbers;
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills;
- Previous experience in SAP Concur will be considered an advantage;
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
