Your Day to Day responsibilities:

  • Get ready to become a trusted advisor to our customers on all aspects of our Solutions! Your primary focus will be our excellent Products and Print-on-Demand Platform. In addition, as a Customer Success Team role model, you'll be responsible for developing talent globally and ensuring our teams have the technical skills to succeed.
  • You'll lead on improving our global Customer Success KPIs, collaborating with technical experts to innovate and improve our products. And that's not all - you'll also create a repeatable Enablement process that empowers our Sales and Support Services to serve our customers better and drive business growth.
  • We won't stop there! As the end-to-end support guru, you'll establish an efficient process that guarantees timely and effective customer assistance. So get ready to put your skills to work and make a difference for our amazing customers!

Preferrable Background:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing and technical roles, demonstrating a successful track record in managing, coaching, and developing technical talent.
  • A solid understanding of B2B industries and applying this knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • You possess an excellent customer focus, maintaining a polite, patient, caring, calm, and always professional demeanor.
  • You have the ability and experience to structure and prioritize your work, as well as the result of others, to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.
