We have a brand-new opportunity for a (Senior) Marketing Manager B2B. You will play a key role in generating leads, acquiring clients, and aligning marketing and sales efforts through effective marketing strategies. Sounds good? Then keep reading!

Your Day to Day responsibilities:

  • You are collaborating with sales teams to create effective lead-generation strategies for targeted accounts and contacts. This involves working closely with the sales team to understand their needs and identify opportunities for creating marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Developing annual and quarterly marketing plans to acquire new clients and increase existing opportunities. This includes utilizing digital, event, and social media channels to meet pipeline targets and tailoring marketing initiatives for different account segments.
  • Working with the sales team to identify their sales support needs, including campaign development, training, and content creation. Keeping them informed about new and upcoming marketing activities, including global, regional, and local campaigns, while maintaining comprehensive account profiles and buyer personas to ensure alignment between marketing and sales in defining the target audience needed to achieve account goals.

Preferrable Background:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing with a proven track record of success with account-based marketing programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent education and experience would be a huge plus.
  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns utilizing various tactics to engage target audiences and drive demand.
  • Strong understanding of inbound and content marketing, targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand generation campaigns, and familiarity with the technical sales cycle.
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.
