General responsibilities:
- Consult and support customers in various SAP BI solutions regarding handling support, processing of customer requirements, error analysis and troubleshooting, as well as analysis of the respective associated process chains.
- Support clients in maintaining activities.
- Implementation of BI requirements.
- Implementation of change management.
- Creation of BI requirements and implementation concepts, manuals and documentation.
- Matching BI requirements and coordinating all activities with our customers.
- Support in the continuous improvement of care processes.
Job requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW or SAP BW on HANA or BW4HANA) – Consulting and/or support
- Experience in SAP Business Intelligence reporting (Bex, Query Builder, Analysis for Office, other)
- Experience in SAP HANA modeling (HANA Native or in SAP BW on HANA or BW4HANA)
- Experience with SAC both technically and functionally will be considered as advantage
- Experience in programming languages ABAP, SQL will be considered as advantage
- Experience in planning functions (Integrated Planning IP or Business Planning and consolidation BPC) will be considered as advantage
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or IT-related
- Excellent English language skills, German language as an advantage
