Project: Kontek Lön

Kontek Lön offers a robust Payroll system for the Swedish market with customers ranging from 50-2500 employees. The software is running on a private cloud and is continuously improved with new features. Due to organizational changes, we are building up a new development team. This means that you will have the opportunity to come with your experience and ideas to set the structure in the way we work going forward.

The job will include mainly manual testing of the system. We are looking for a person who is driven to find more ways to extend test automation and is pleased to study complex business problems.

QA technology stack: Selenium, JMeter, JUnit, Postman, SoapUI, Play, Scala, JDK 1.8

Key responsibilities:

• Manage testing activities to assure the quality of team output to the business-critical system
  
• Implement manual testing and analyze the results of automated tests
  
• Create test scenarios and test case design
  
• Cooperate efficiently in an international environment with a team of strong professionals
  
• Mentor junior colleagues and newcomers
  
• Working using agile processes (e.g. Scrumban)
  

Experience and technology requirements:

At least 4-5 + years of experience in software testing including:

• Manual testing experience
  
• Experience of testing in a structured way using test plans, test cases, etc.
  
• Experience working in a software product development team
  
• Experience with any of the following technologies: Selenium, JMeter, JUnit, Postman, SoapUI
  
• ISTQB certificate
  
• Experience in mentoring others
  
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar

Will be considered as an advantage:

• Interest in test automation experience

• Good written and verbal English skills (B2+ level)
  
• Good analytical skills, curious, independent, detail-oriented and self-driven
  
• ‘Can-do’ attitude and genuine care for the team and the product
