We are seeking motivated students and professionals in Riga, Latvia, to join our team as USA truck freight and auto transport dispatchers. Your responsibilities will include working directly with drivers, finding loads on load boards, updating clients on load progress, and performing other related tasks. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive A-Z training to all dispatchers, but any background related to the logistics field will be welcomed.

We are also open to professionals with experience in Europe-based truck dispatch, and we will provide additional training for US-specific requirements.

Our office, located in Šampēteris, is easily accessible by car and public transport. We provide a comfortable work environment, complete with computer equipment and phone setup.

This opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in the multi-billion-dollar logistics industry. Fluent spoken English is required, as you will be working with US freight broker firms and English & Russian-speaking drivers. You must also be comfortable working night/overnight shifts.
