Job description

Develop and implement local Marketing, Communications and Social media Concepts in line with Global Communication Strategy;
Measure and present results of communications efforts;
Lead on the delivery of communications projects including internal reports and annual engagement activity;
Support the Talent Acquisition team in internal and external events and mass recruitment campaigns, to position the company as a top employer and attract new talent. Develop campaign concepts, co-operate with TA team on execution, support on messaging & creating of visual materials;
Co-operate and lead projects with 3rd parties: external agencies, partners, and suppliers, including photographers, videographers, and graphic designers, in various employer branding and communications-related initiatives.
Develop and implement a social media strategy;
Lead different projects independently with the support of a direct manager;
Work closely with Office management and Events departments to refine internal and external event and initiative concepts to comply with the brand and company values.

Please note that this position is for a temporary time with a fixed term contract, up to 2 years with the possibility to prolong it.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or closely related field;
At least 3 years of experience in communications, media relations, creative writing and editing or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience in Marketing;
Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills;
Proven track record in Marketing Project management;
Fluency in English;
Experience with marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and other marketing technologies;
Good understanding of digital marketing techniques such as SEO, SEM, and others;
Experience in the use of web-based management systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
