What You Will Do:

• Develop and implement IT service management strategies, policies, and processes in alignment with business goals and objectives
• Oversee the design and delivery of IT services and related processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services with other business processes and systems
• Monitor and analyze IT service performance, using KPIs and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous service improvement initiatives
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring timely communication and effective collaboration
• Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) with internal/external service providers, ensuring that service quality and performance targets are met
• Ensure IT service management function collaboration with IT service stakeholders and delivery teams to define IT service capacity, availability, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to IT service management, such as ITIL, ISO 20000, or COBIT
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the IT service management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric service delivery
• Manage the IT service management function budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and investments in technology and process improvements
• Organize, engage and motivate employees within your area of responsibility through building the strong team, coaching and holding direct reports accountable and developing talent in the function/unit

What We Expect:

• 5 years of experience in IT service management
• Strong understanding of ITIL, COBIT, or other service management frameworks
• Proven track record of successfully managing and improving IT service management processes in a complex, dynamic environment
• Ability to drive and manage IT related optimization and improvement initiatives'
• Good understanding of latest technology trends
• Experience in delivery within value stream and agile oriented models
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and mentoring IT professionals.
• Strong communication and Stakeholder management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
